The 2007 mid-year AGEP Evaluation Capacity
Building Meeting will be held at the Condado Plaza Hotel in
San Juan, Puerto Rico. If you plan to attend, please book your
room reservations before December 31, 2006.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The
room block includes rooms from Wednesday, January 31, 2007
until Saturday, February 3, 2007.
Travel to Puerto Rico does NOT require a passport. Please see the state department website for more information.
Rates and Fees:

Guest room rates are $235

Government tax is 11%
Occupancy Tax is $5 per person, per night -
Resort fee is 14%

Hotel baggage handling fee: $1.75 per
person in and $1.75 per person out ($3.50 one-time charge)

Maid service fee is $0.25 per person
per room per day

There is a charge of $25 per additional
person in the room. There is a maximum of four (4) people
per room

A deposit is required and cancellations
will be accepted up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to
arrival. The deposit is refundable if timely notice of
cancellation is given and cancellation number is obtained
